Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

Do you take insurance?" / "How much does therapy cost?

I am in network with a variety of insurance providers and will work with you on self pay options when needed.
Unless a reduced fee arrangment is in place before treatment starts, intake assessments are $200 and treatment sessions are $150.

What if I've tried therapy before and it didn't work?
Free parking is available in the building’s lot.

I'm a teenager. Will my parents see what I write here?
That's actually pretty common for neurodivergent folks. If previous therapy felt like being handed a manual written for a different device, say so. We'd start there.
