Family therapy

The whole system. - Not just one person in it.

Common focus areas

Parent-teen conflict

Supporting a newly diagnosed family member

Family communication

Parenting neurodivergent kids

Sibling dynamics

Major life transitions

When one person in a family is struggling, the whole system feels it. Family therapy looks at the dynamics, the patterns, and the communication loops that keep everyone stuck — and builds something that works better for everyone in the room. Open to all families, whether or not neurodivergence is part of the picture.
